He can't handle the tooth

Sam lumbered out of bed and declared, "it's not going to happen". He and his mother had been counting down to "picture day" at school and hoping that his very loose front tooth would fall out in time to be memorialized forever in his 1st grade picture. Later that afternoon, hours after the photoshoot, the tooth made it's great escape! As Jack and Sam were wrestling (mom, cover your ears) on the couch, Sam suddenly felt a sharp tug and exclaimed "my tooth!". Sure enough, visual inspection confirmed a large gap in his formerly toothy grin. But, this is where the fun began. Sam couldn't find his tooth, anywhere! Jack, Sam, Morgan & Mimi searched everywhere, the couch, the floor, under the couch and all the adjacent rooms. He even received a pat down that would make a tsa agent proud. No luck. When it was suggested that he may have swallowed the tooth, Sam countered that there was only a 10 percent chance of such an occurrence because he hadn't felt anything in his throat.
Despite 45 minutes of distress in not finding the tooth, Sam finally agreed to write a note of explanation to the Tooth Fairy. But, just as Sam was preparing his thoughts something amazing happened, the tooth dropped out of his nose! Sam stared in amazement, then flashed his famous, new look smile. Speculation on the events leading to this strange holding pod for the tooth ran wild, but I have a leading theory. During the wrestle, Sam must have been positioned upside down and underneath his opponent (Jack) allowing his prized tooth to drop directly into his nose, awesome!
