Big Waves Bill

We headed up to Ogunquit this morning to walk along Marginal Way. Hurricane Bill is out in the Atlantic and the surges were supposed to be quite impressive. It was an amazing combination of sun, waves and tidal changes. The kids had a great time looking for the biggest one and watching them crash Maine's rocky coast. The weather was more calm and hot than one would expect with a hurricane passing us by out at sea. The kids seem so grown up on adventures such as those, each appreciating something different about the experience. We have many pictures of the summers vacations (yes, this year we got more than 1!) we have yet to post and hopefully will get a chance in the next several weeks. Hard to imagine the kids go back to school in a little over a week.
